Great to meet you!
I'm Rachelle and my goal is to help individuals find their authentic self and learn how to navigate a world that isn't always understanding.
A bit about my approach to therapy
About Me: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (UC Berkeley), I blend proven therapeutic practices with healing wisdom from my Tlingit and Hawaiian heritage. I believe in celebrating what makes you uniquely you.
My Approach: I create affirming spaces where your authentic self is welcomed and celebrated. Whether you're neurodivergent, exploring your identity, or navigating cultural experiences, we'll focus on your strengths and natural gifts rather than trying to "fix" anything about you.
For neurodivergent clients, I don't see autism, ADHD, or other differences as problems to solve. Your unique way of thinking and experiencing the world is a strength. Together, we'll develop practical tools that work with your brain, not against it, while honoring who you truly are.
I specialize in:
Autism, ADHD, and neurodivergent support
Gender-affirming therapy and identity exploration
Culturally responsive care
Executive functioning and life skills that actually work for you
My goal: Help you thrive as your authentic self in a world that doesn't always understand your brilliance.
What you can expect from our first session
My Therapeutic Approach: Healing happens when therapy meets you exactly where you are. I blend proven methods like Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness—but always tailored to your unique strengths and how your mind works.
