Los Angeles Unified School District •Support 30-40 students and families who are experiencing barriers to school attendance and academic success
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to offer appropriate support to students and families
•Perform ongoing attendance data collection and analysis to help improve attendance
•Conduct case management and assist 30-40 students and families to access school and social services
•Provide individual and family counseling and conduct attendance presentations
