About our speaker: Steve Ballanti has been a practicing Clinical Social Worker since 1979. His primary focus has been in community mental health, practicing in hospitals, detention facilities, and residential care, in the private and public sectors. His current focus is on homelessness and practical approaches to co-occurring substance use issues.

Our District presentation meetings begin with a half hour of networking, and community building, followed by a continuing education presentation, with discussion. Our courses meet the requirements for 2 hours of continuing education credit for LCSWs , MFTs, and LPCCs as specified by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; CEUs are FREE to our members, and cost $20 ($10 for each credit) for non-members. If paying for either membership dues or CEU’s please bring cash or check. Please feel free to invite fellow clinicians and encourage students to attend.
