Advertising Policy for the CSCSW Clinical Update
DEADLINE
The deadline is the 5th of the month for the following month’s issue, i.e., January 5th for the February issue. No issue is published in July.
CLASSIFIED AD
Ads are charged according to 30-word groupings, for example: 1-30 words = $30, 31-60 words = $50, 61-90 words = $70. CSCSW members receive a $10 discount on an ad for the member’s own personal program or product. Member’s can place ads 1-30 words free.
DISPLAY AD

1/4 page (3 1/2” x 5”) $100.00
1/2 page (7” x 4 1/2”) horizontal $160.00
1/2 page (3 1/2” x 9 1/2”) vertical $160.00
Full page ( 7 1/2” x 9 1/2”) $225.00
There is a $20 member discount available for any display ad that is for the member’s own personal program or product.
Discounts for Multiple Consecutive Display Ads: Six month minimum to qualify for discount. Payment for all issues must be received at the time of the request for multiple ads. Please call for amounts.
Display ads should be sent with payment in accordance with the deadline. Please send as a PDF or Word file to: cesco@clinicalsocialworksociety.org. Facsimiles not accepted for display ads.
E-blast
CSCSW can send out and eblast to a targeted area or to the whole membership.
1 time e-blast $30
Duplicate e-blast: 1st e-blast $30 and $15 for every additional blast.
Members- 1 free e-blast per year (year is based on the fiscal calander)
PAYMENT
Payment may be by check or MasterCard/ VISA and must accompany ads. CSCSW will no longer bill for ads.
